Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If CleanUp Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked. This applies to monthly, yearly and Lifetime purchases.

How to ask

Email support@clnup.si from the address on your account, or include the receipt Stripe sent you. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After a refund

Pro features end when the refund is processed. Your free features, files, History and undo keep working.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund the current period, but within 30 days of a payment you can still ask for that refund.

Free trials

The yearly plan can start with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and does not limit, any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
